BOLLING HALL, Bradford
- the white lady, a spectral man, unexplained voices and more -

POPULAR LOCATION

A DHN TEAM EVENT

Dead Haunted Nights are pleased to be returning to one of ours - and yours - favourite locations: Bolling Hall, Bradford.

HISTORY
Possibly the region's most paranormally active location, Bolling Hall has references dating back to the Domesday Book in 1086 where the manor of Bolling is mentioned. The building has seen many a bloody time through its history - parts of the building date to medieval times - and was even a stronghold during the 'siege of Bradford'. In the early 1900's the property was given over to the City of Bradford after falling into disrepair where, three years later, it was once again opened as a muesum and period house.

GHOSTS AND HAUNTINGS

Bolling Hall has long been known as a 'haunted house' and witnesses to strange phenomenon can testify to this!

THE MAN IN THE COAT

Perhaps the most famous ghost of Bolling is that of a man wearing a long coat and most often than not seen in the area known as the Blue Room. Many have speculated as to whom this may be, with some suggesting either Sir Richard Tempest or even Robert Bolling himself.

THE DISTRESSED LADY

Another figure reported within the hall is said to be that of a lady in distress, often seen with her baby. Nobody really knows who this is, but will she make an appearance for us during the investigation?

THE WHITE LADY
Yet another lady to haunt Bolling Hall is that of the white lady, who is seen wearing a pale coloured dress. She has been seen a number of times over the years.

THE MYSTERIOUS VOICES
Unexplained voices have been heard throughout Bolling Hall on regular ocassions. Are these the voices of those who lived at Bolling Hall many years ago?

OTHER REPORTED ACTIVITY

Unexplained noises

Light anomalies
Cold spots

Testimonial

"I have always been interested in public events at haunted properties. As there are a multitude of ‘fly-by-night’ companies I had to be careful who to choose for my first ever experience. After a great deal of investigation the name hat kept appearing at the top of everyone’s list was DEAD HAUNTED NIGHTS. Realising that it was run by my old mate Phil Whyman I made the call. On the way to my first ever investigation of this type I was very apprehensive as I didn’t know what to expect, would this experience be all that I had hoped for, or was it going to be a deep disappointment?
As soon as I got there my fears started to alleviate. The organization was second to none, everyone knew where to go and what to expect, it was like clockwork a very well oil machine. As soon as we sat down Phil started with a greeting and, what can only be described as, a superb run down of all the equipment used in a ghost investigation. After that we started the investigation which was not only professional it was thoroughly enjoyable.
In summary DEAD HAUNTED NIGHTS offer a unique experience and insight into paranormal investigations. Phil and his team of experts combine friendliness with unequalled professionalism, allowing all who attend to be as involved as they like. No matter whether a seasoned investigator or first time rookie DEAD HAUNTED NIGHTS offers a night to remember for all. My night at Woodchester Mansion was superb, I can’t praise DHN enough, thanks for looking after us all. DEAD HAUNTED NIGHTS is truly the jewel in the crown of paranormal events companies. Thanks Phil."
